All Inclusive Pricing
One low price which includes camp tuition, all field trips, special presenters, breakfast, lunch and snacks, themed enrichment projects, camp t-shirt and sunscreen.
Payment Options
Tuition Express (automatic tuition withdrawal) provides the convenience of automatic tuition payments. Cash / Check / Money Order - 8% tuition up charge added. Payments will be due every Thursday for the following week. Two weeks notice must be given for cancellations or changes to reservations. If your child does not attend on a reserved day, you will still be responsible for tuition.
Items of Note:
1. A nonrefundable $10 reservation fee per child is required to reserve each week. The reservation fee will be applied to the week you reserve.
2. Two weeks notice must be given in writing/email for cancellations or changes to reservations; otherwise, the full tuition amount will be charged. The reservation fee is not refundable.
3. Full tuition is charged even if the reserved day(s) are not attended; unless 2 week notice was given.
4. This form along with all fees and registration forms need to be submitted before your reservation can be confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent when your reservation is confirmed.
