Choose S.A.C. 2012 for kids in K-12yrs. Choose S.A.C. Jr. 2012 for Kids entering Kindergarten this fall.


Reservation Policy:
- A nonrefundable $20 reservation fee per child is required to reserve each week. The reservation fee will be applied to the week you reserve. Circle the days/weeks that your child will be attending. There is a 2 day minimum per week. Placement will be given on a first come, first serve basis. All schedules are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy:
- Four weeks notice must be given in writing/email for cancellations or changes to reservations. If you cancel outside the 4 weeks there will be no penalty. If you cancel or reduce your schedule inside the 4 weeks, the first 2 weeks will be charged at 100% and the second 2 weeks will be charged at 50%.
Registration Policy:
- There is a $50 registration fee per child for new families or a $25 supply fee per child for existing families (these fees are non-refundable).
- This form along with all fees and registration forms need to be submitted before your reservation can be confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent when your reservation is confirmed.
